California First Home Loans was established in 1986.  We have funded over $300 Million in loans.  Our lending decisions are generally made instantly. We take any lending situation no matter how complicated and find a way to make the loan. Our rates vary depending on the type of property, term of loan and general situation. We are very effective and work hard to meet your every need when it comes to Loans. The average funding time from application is 30 days. Our loans are primarily based upon the equity in the property. Credit and income are not the major factors. We’ll make or arrange loans from $75,000 to $3,000,000.
