California First Home Loans offers safe, high yields for investors secured by first or second trust deed investments or mortgage loans in California. Just let us know how much you wish to invest and we will find a loan for you to finance.

Generally, most of the loans that we process carry a 10% to 12% annual interest rate. Your investment is secured by a First Deed of Trust or mortgage and Promissory Note on the property being used as collateral. All loans carry title insurance and recent appraisals. We handle the complete servicing of each loan.

We base our loans mostly on equity. The worse off the borrowing situation, the more equity we will require.

Our rates vary depending on the type of property, term of loan and general situation. Our loans are primarily based upon the equity in the property. Credit and income are not the major factors.
